Venue Rental Rates

CW Penthouse consists of an inside room (1998 sf), opening onto the Penthouse Terrace (1919 sf). Max occupancy: Sit down inside 70, Sit down inside and out 125. Open House Style 200.

Rental Rates include a 6-hour event plus 2 hours of set-up time, and 1 hour of post-event breakdown

 $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee will be added to all events)
