RENTAL RATES

The following rates reflect contracting with one of the Experienced Caterers.
An additional $150 fee applies if contracting with an Outside Caterer who meets the terms and conditions of the Outside Catering Contract.
In an effort to customize your experience, reservations are limited to one event per day.
- $650 Monday thru Thursday Non-Wedding Events (available from 3PM)
- $1050 Monday thru Thursday Weddings and Wedding Receptions (available from 3PM)
- $1050 Friday (available from 3PM)
- $1250 Saturday
- $1150 Sunday
To Reserve your Event
The following two items are required to reserve your date at The Penthouse:
- The completed contract
- 50% of the rental fee
Cancellation Policy
The Rental contract states that the 50% deposit is non-refundable. However, IF we can rent The Penthouse for the canceled date thirty (30) days prior to the event, a partial refund may apply. A $200.00 administrative fee will be deducted from your deposit. Your refund will be mailed to you AFTER the date in question.

Occupancy
The maximum number of guests allowed for your Penthouse event, utilizing both inside room and outside patio terrace, is 200 guests. For planning purposes, the interior room offers a maximum occupancy of 132 guests. However, we suggest no more than 85 guests for a formal served setting.
Rental of The Penthouse includes the following
- Up to 9 hours for your event to include: 2 hours for set up, 6 hours of event time, and 1 hour for break-down
- Security Guard (meets & greets guests, assists with parking passes & elevator access, calls for taxi service if needed)
- Hostess (assists with coordination of vendor arrival, operates elevator)
- Janitorial Services (3 hours are allotted per event)
- Parking in the C.W. Moore Plaza Parking Lot
- Tables, chairs & wooden benches
- 6 Reversible Room Screens (choice of burgundy or ivory)
- Ivory Box Pleated Skirting for deli case and under counter
- An unbeatable view!
